Nawaf Alsudairi, MS, PMP

Nawaf Alsudairi has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Nawaf began their career as a Research and Teaching Assistant at Oklahoma State University from 2002 to 2004. Nawaf then joined Atheeb Trading as a Senior Administration Manager, where they managed daily administration operations and played a key role in recruitment and cost-saving initiatives from 2009 to 2010.

In 2004, Nawaf moved to Saudi Internet Co. (SOL) and held multiple positions, including Project Manager, Deputy CEO, and Board Manager. In these roles, they led cross-functional teams, oversaw daily operations, and participated in major business decisions. Nawaf also implemented new initiatives, updated organizational strategies, and improved processes.

From 2010 onwards, Nawaf worked at Atheeb Group as the Deputy VP Admin and HR. Nawaf led major projects focused on process improvements and business transformations, and played a pivotal role in company restructuring and the establishment of Atheeb Holding. Their responsibilities included leading teams, implementing HR and administrative initiatives, and ensuring effective retention strategies.

Lastly, Nawaf briefly worked at Etihad Shams Co. as the Board Manager & Secretary of the Board in 2010. Nawaf was responsible for organizing and facilitating board meetings and ensuring alignment with government requirements for the establishment of the company.

Nawaf Alsudairi has a strong educational background in engineering and management. Nawaf obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from King Fahd University of Petroleum & Minerals in 1995. Nawaf then pursued further education in the field and earned a Master of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Oklahoma State University in 2001. Committed to enhancing their skills, Nawaf also completed a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering and Management from the same university in 2004.

To diversify their knowledge, they attended a program in Finance For Executives (FFE) at INSEAD in 2009. This program equipped him with financial expertise, complementing their engineering and management background.
