Ariana Caldarone

Ariana Caldarone, MOT, OTR/L, currently serves as a Clinical Account Executive at Athelas since May 2025, following a tenure as a Senior Occupational Therapist II in Acute Care at Loyola Medicine from October 2021 to May 2025. In this role, Ariana excelled in overseeing department functions and liaising with physicians to ensure effective patient care, while also mentoring occupational therapy students and facilitating staff development. Prior experience includes comprehensive evaluations and interventions in various hospital settings and substantial contributions to clinical research and quality improvement initiatives. Ariana holds a Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from Elmhurst University and a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from the University of South Carolina.
