Jared Vasiliauskas

Jared has also represented Athletes in disputes before the American Arbitration Association under the USOPC Rules, USADA Protocol, and Code for SafeSport. Additionally, they have represented Esports teams and content creators in drafting and negotiating contractual agreements. Jared has also represented Sports venues in negotiation of various agreements including management agreements, lease agreements, and licensing agreements. Furthermore, they have represented Sports Agents in drafting and negotiating various contractual agreements to ensure compliance with applicable regulations. Additionally, they have represented Sports Agents in preparation for contract negotiations and salary arbitration. Jared has also represented Sports Agents in agent to agent disputes under governing regulations of Players’ Association.

Jared Vasiliauskas attended Valparaiso University, where they earned their Juris Doctor. While at Valparaiso University, they were a member of the Trial Advocacy Team and the Federalist Society. Jared also served as the Events Coordinator for the Sports and Entertainment Law Association. After graduating from Valparaiso University, they became an attorney for the United States District Court Northern District of Indiana and the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit. Jared is also an Expert Agent Advisor for the Major League Baseball Players Association and is licensed to practice law in Illinois.
