Austin Shaffer

Austin Shaffer is an experienced Application Engineer at A3D Manufacturing since November 2022 and Co-Founder of TopBlock, where game components are designed with attention to manufacturing methods, material selection, fit, and function while managing supply chain operations. Previous roles include International Project Manager at CharityVision, where a sustainable eye-care initiative resulted in the establishment of seven clinics in Haiti and Sierra Leone, and Maintenance Technician II at C&W Services, focusing on automated systems and robotics. Austin also interned in manufacturing at KLOS Guitars, project engineering at Okland Construction, and served as a sales associate at Clear Home. Austin holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Brigham Young University, achieved in 2022.
