Carol Coughlin

Carol Coughlin is an experienced board leader and C-level executive with significant experience in sustainable growth, turnarounds, and mergers and acquisitions. She is a well-respected financial and business advisor and mentors to CEOs and CFOs with significant experience working on both the harder and softer side of finance, successfully building highly functioning teams throughout her career. In addition to leading the Finance for the Non-CFO director salon series at Athena, she is a Community Leader and member of the Advisory Board. She also sits on the boards of Hoosier Holdco, LLC, GoodCap Pharmaceuticals, University of MD Medical Center, and ReadyCareConnect, Inc.
