Justin Reeves

Justin Reeves currently serves as VP of Growth at Athena Alliance, a community dedicated to empowering women leaders. Prior experience includes leadership roles in membership development and business consulting at Katy Trost and a significant tenure as Executive Director at Magic Bus USA. Justin's background also encompasses production and development at McGee Media LLC, where relationships with network executives were established to create documentary content. As Senior Director of Global Partnerships at Girl Rising, responsibilities involved expanding impact strategies into new international markets and forming meaningful partnerships. Earlier roles include Director of NGO Partnerships at The Documentary Group, where advocacy for girls’ education was enhanced through collaborations, and a journalism position at The Santiago Times. Justin holds a Master's degree in Communication from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile and a BA in Anthropology from the University of Washington.
