Melissa Davis-Hartranft

Melissa Davis-Hartranft is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently a member of Athena Alliance since January 2024, Melissa actively supports women leaders in achieving impactful positions. Previous positions include Chief Administrative Officer, Chief Operating Officer, and Vice President of Customer Success at Covera Health from September 2020 to August 2024, where Melissa played a key role in developing the Customer Success framework. At Santander Bank, N.A., from October 2017 to May 2020, Melissa served as Senior Vice President of Human Resources, focusing on benefits. Long-standing experience at Fidelity Investments spanned from 2001 to 2017, culminating in a Senior Vice President role within Workplace Consulting, where revenue growth was significantly achieved. Melissa holds a Bachelor of Science in Labor and Industrial Relations from Cornell University and a Juris Doctor from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law.
