Rajlakshmi Shankaran

Rajlakshmi Shankaran currently serves as an Executive Member of Athena Alliance since December 2024, contributing to a community that empowers women leaders across various domains. Additionally, Rajlakshmi has been a member of the Women in Retail Leadership Circle since August 2024, focused on leadership development for women executives in retail. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Vice President of Product Strategy & Development at Circana from June 2021 to May 2024, where Rajlakshmi was involved in analyzing consumer behavior across multiple industries. An extensive tenure at Walmart from October 2008 to January 2021 featured multiple leadership positions overseeing ecommerce and merchandising in Consumer Electronics, including successful initiatives such as mobilizing a significant sales program yielding $175 million. Rajlakshmi began the professional journey in the finance sector at ABN AMRO and completed education with an MBA in Marketing and Human Resources from the University of Madras, along with a BCom from the University of Lucknow.
