Tania Fernández de Castro

Tania Fernández de Castro currently serves as an Athena Alliance Member since January 2023 and has been with Bridge Partners since April 2010, where Tania was promoted to Managing Director due to success in the Director role. As Managing Director, Tania is responsible for developing growth strategies and optimizing partner ecosystems to enhance clients' market speed. Prior experience includes serving as a Director at Bridge Partners, leading comprehensive client services, and as a Senior Project Manager managing marketing and communications initiatives for Microsoft Corp. Tania's earlier career includes a role as International Senior Manager at the Washington State Department of Community, Trade and Economic Development, focusing on identifying global business opportunities, and as Regional Director for Latin America at Green River Community College. Tania holds an education from The Evergreen State College.
