The Athena platform deploys opportunistic bridge equity capital to private companies in the process of exiting. We are returns focused and invest in pre IPO companies privately before they exit through IPO, M&A or SPAC, providing investors with exposure to attractive tech investolments, yet with a high liquidity profile. Athena has a group of 40+ women who have successfully taken a dozen companies to the public market. Our platform of Fortune 100 and Fortune 500 board members gives us an edge in sourcing deals, winning deals and delivering returns to our investors.
