Tammy Belton-Davis is the founder and president of Athena Communications, specializing in brand management and public relations since January 2009. Tammy has been recognized as a 2021 Women of Influence by the Milwaukee Business Journal and is an award-winning PR and equity strategist. In addition to leading Athena Communications, Tammy serves as an adjunct faculty member at Marquette University and is actively involved in various organizations, including as a board member for TEMPO Milwaukee, Milwaukee Rep, and Alverno College. With previous roles such as vice president of programming for the Black Public Relations Society-Milwaukee Chapter and vice president of the board for Groundwork Milwaukee, Tammy has demonstrated a strong commitment to leadership and community engagement, focusing on equity, diversity, and inclusion initiatives. Tammy holds a Bachelor's degree in Professional Communications from Alverno College and additional education from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
