Robert Schlegel

Robert Schlegel has extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Robert served as the President of Athena Controls, Inc. where they facilitated sweeping changes in every aspect of the company, leading to the implementation of an award-winning lean enterprise new business model. Prior to that, they were President of RSS Consulting. Robert also worked as the Vice President of Tooling and Product Development at Cacoosing Industries, where they oversaw custom manufacturing in plastics, tool making, fabrication, pattern making, and steel fabrication. Earlier in their career, they worked in the finance department at Reco Industries.

Robert Schlegel received their Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Richmond in 1980. Robert then went on to earn their MBA in Finance and Marketing from the Virginia Commonwealth University - School of Business from 1981 to 1984. Prior to their college education, they completed their high school education at Wyomissing Area High School.
