James Ndungu

James Ndungu has extensive experience in research and development, currently serving as the Research and Development Team Lead at Sama since November 2018. In this role, James formulates resource allocation strategies and oversees daily work distribution while monitoring staff performance to ensure high standards and timely execution of tasks. Previously, James worked as a Quality Assurance Analyst, where responsibilities included analyzing work outputs against project guidelines, providing feedback for improvement, and identifying areas for coaching among team members. James's career commenced as a Lab Technician Attaché at KEPHIS, where molecular biology techniques were utilized for disease diagnosis. Academically, James holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Masinde Muliro University of Science and Technology and a Certificate in Global Entrepreneurship & Innovation from Arizona State University, complemented by recent training from ALX in 2023.
