Kandy White

Kandy White serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Athena since February 2023, where responsibilities include enabling entrepreneurs to achieve their full potential through delegation and coaching. As Head of Technology, Kandy leads a global team supporting over 50 platforms and is also a member of Chief, a network dedicated to senior women executives. Currently a Faculty Lecturer at Metis College, Kandy brings extensive leadership experience from previous roles, including Vice President at Conduent, overseeing global operations for HR and Learning Services, and Senior Vice President at Altisource, managing multi-national operations. Kandy's professional journey includes significant positions at ADP, Verizon, and GTE, complemented by advanced education in Psychology from distinguished universities.
