Judith Carr

Judith Carr is an experienced physical therapist with a comprehensive background in rehabilitation services management. Currently serving as both a Per Diem Physical Therapist and the Rehab Program Manager at Athena Health Care Systems since May 2015, Judith oversees the Rehab Services department in a 144-bed rehab and long-term care center. Previously, Judith worked as a staff physical therapist at Abercorn Rehab Center from September 2014 to April 2015 and held the position of Director of Rehab Services at Harrington HealthCare System from March 1981 to July 2014. Early career experiences include serving as Assistant Director of Physical Therapy at Healthsouth Rehabilitation Hospital of Mechanicsburg from August 1975 to February 1981. Judith Carr holds an MBA in Business from Nichols College and a BS in Physical Therapy from the Russell Sage College/Albany Medical College School of Physical Therapy.
