Annabelle Custodio

Annabelle Custodio is an experienced finance professional with a strong background in accounting and asset management. Currently serving as VP - Controller at Athena Real Estate, LLC since February 2022, Annabelle previously held the role of Assistant Controller at Intram Investment Inc. since January 2013, focusing on day-to-day accounting, financial reporting, and investor relations. Prior to that, Annabelle worked as Assistant Asset Manager/Accounting at RP Realty Partners from January 2009 to November 2012. Annabelle holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting from Divine Word University of Tacloban, obtained between 1987 and 1991.
