Helena Serafim

Helena Serafim has extensive experience in procurement and contract management within the healthcare sector. Currently serving as the National Responsible for Indirect Procurement at Athena Saúde since February 2023, Helena is restructuring the indirect purchasing area focused on services. Previously, in 2022, Helena was the Head of Supply at Hapvida, managing a large team and developing centralization models across Brazil. Helena's career includes significant roles at Grupo NotreDame Intermédica as Head of Indirect Procurement, where management of contracts and negotiation were key responsibilities, and at Medial Saúde overseeing facilities and contract management. With early career roles in contract coordination and HR supervision, Helena has developed a strong foundation in administration and financial management. Helena holds a degree in Business Administration from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie and furthered education at FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas.
