Incorporated in 2009, Athena Sciences Corporation is an SBA HUBZone Certified Small Business that provides technical services and solutions to commercial and government clients in the fields of aerospace and transportation, biometrics, and enterprise systems.

Athena’s core competencies include software development, embedded controls, modeling and simulation, biometrics, test automation, and verification and validation (V&V) of mission critical software. Past and current Athena clients include Bombardier, L-3 Harris, Leidos, Northrop Grumman, United States Army, and the states of Virginia and West Virginia. Athena has delivered solutions to many federal government end customers including NASA, DoE, DoD, and DHS.

In 2014, Athena acquired LawTech, LLC, a software corporation providing products to civil law judges and commercial clients since 1997. The CivilWare™️ Family Law suite remains the Virginia Supreme Court’s product of choice.
