Thorsten Pastoors

Mr. Pastoors has over 19 years of experience designing and delivering financial software solutions for Windows platforms using a variety of Microsoft development environments such as C++, C# and VB. He also has extensive experience working on portfolio management systems, OMS, Compliance, FIX, Financial Analytics, and database development (MSSQL and Sybase).

Mr. Pastoors is proficient in XML, Java, and COM, and is also an accomplished researcher, having presented his work at the IFIP-TC6/European Union International Conference on Networking.

Mr. Pastoors has a Master of Science (MS) in Computer Science from the Technical University of Karlsruhe (Germany); and also attended University of Massachusetts, Amherst. Mr. Pastoors was the Co-Author of the BMECat specification: electronic catalog format used by major German companies for e-Procurement.
