Anna Lanfreschi

Anna Lanfreschi is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in digital strategy and user engagement. Currently serving as a Senior Manager for Web and Digital Experiences at athenahealth since December 2023, Anna has previously held key roles at UserTesting and WebMD, including Senior Experience Optimization Manager and Engagement Strategist, respectively. At WebMD, Anna was instrumental in enhancing digital engagement through collaboration across product, marketing, and content teams. Earlier in the career at CNN, Anna held several positions, including Digital Analyst and Senior Associate Producer, where a focus on content optimization and strategy development across various platforms was established. Anna began the professional journey as a Freelance Writer for Metromix and served as a Production Assistant during the Cannes Film Festival. Anna holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from The University of Georgia.
