Cynthia Knox

Cynthia Knox, PMP, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in release operations and project management. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Atlassian Administration and Release Operations at athenahealth since July 2019, Cynthia previously held various managerial roles, including Manager of Software Services at MIB and Manager of Release, Implementation and Change at John Hancock. Cynthia's early career includes positions as Release Engineering Consultant at CGI and Software Engineer at IBM. Cynthia holds a Bachelor of Science in Math and Psychology from Clarkson University and a Master of Science in Management and Technology from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
