Katherine Look

Katherine Look has extensive experience in integration services and electronic data interchange (EDI) within the healthcare sector, currently serving as Manager of Integration Services at athenahealth since January 2002. Katherine has managed numerous projects collaborating with labs, hospitals, and public health registries, focusing on establishing effective communication with stakeholders and ensuring compliance with Meaningful Use standards. Previous roles at athenahealth include Project Engineer, Senior Interface Associate, Clinicals EDI Associate, EDI Associate/Team Lead, and Revenue Specialist, where responsibilities ranged from improving EDI rates to resolving denied claims. Earlier experience as Billing Coordinator at Wills Eye Hospital involved billing insurance for pediatric ophthalmology services.
