Laura Burgess

Laura Burgess is an experienced professional with a diverse background in healthcare and customer service. Currently serving as a Senior Manager of Solution Consulting at athenahealth since March 2014, Laura previously held roles within the company as a Solution Consultant and Project Associate. Prior to this, Laura worked as a New Patient Coordinator at Multi-Care Holistic Health Center and as a Patient Access Representative at Group Health Cooperative, where responsibilities included facilitating care across multiple clinics and improving call management processes. Additional experience includes customer service roles at Pagliacci Pizza and Rite Aid Pharmacy, and an internship with Snow Leopard Trust, where Laura contributed to fundraising and community outreach initiatives. Laura holds a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing from Seattle University and attended Wilmington University from 2006 to 2009.
