Mike Schmidtlein

Mike Schmidtlein currently serves as a Client Onboarding Project Manager at athenahealth since July 2021, after progressing through roles as a Senior Onboarding Associate and Onboarding Associate. Prior experience includes working as an Implementation Consultant at Surgical Information Systems from December 2019 to May 2021, where project lifecycle management, client training, and issue resolution were key responsibilities. Mike began a career in technology support as a Help Desk Specialist at BYU-Idaho from January 2011 to July 2015, also serving as a Teaching Assistant during that time. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology and Neuroscience from Brigham Young University-Idaho and pursuit of a Doctor of Medicine degree at Caribbean Medical University.
