Padmaraj Pawar is a seasoned UX and product designer with extensive experience across various companies in the technology and design sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Designer - UX at athenahealth since September 2023, Padmaraj has previously contributed to Nova Benefits and Hubbler in design roles, focusing on product design and consultancy. Prior engagements include serving as a User Experience Consultant at PayHuddle®, where over three fintech products were designed in collaboration with technical teams. Experience at Dassault Systèmes 3DEXCITE involved content strategy and creative design within an interdisciplinary team. Early career roles include internships at Recom Farmhouse, futuring, JCB India Ltd., and Tata Motors, where foundational skills in design, media production, and engineering were developed.
