Adam Politzer

Adam Politzer has extensive experience in product management, primarily in the insurance industry. Adam is currently the Chief Product Officer at Athene, where they are responsible for managing product development and growth in various channels, including retail annuities, pension group annuities, funding agreements, and flow reinsurance. Prior to this role, Adam served as the Senior Vice President, Head of Product at Athene, where they led product development for the retail channel and collaborated on marketing and sales decisions. Before joining Athene, Adam worked at Aviva, where they held the position of Director, ERM and VP Product Management. In this role, they played a key role in developing and implementing a risk management program to ensure compliance with Solvency II regulations and also focused on pricing fixed indexed annuity products.

Adam Politzer attended Northwestern University from 1992 to 1996 where they earned a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in Industrial Engineering. Adam has also obtained additional certifications including Chartered Enterprise Risk Analyst (CERA), Fellow of the Society of Actuaries (FSA), and Member of the American Academy of Actuaries (MAAA), although the specific dates of obtaining these certifications are not provided.
