Bradley Bross CLU ®, RICP®, CSSCS is an experienced professional in sales management and athletic administration. Currently serving as the Manager of Internal Sales at Athene USA since May 2017, Bross has previously held various roles at Farm Bureau Financial Services from 2008 to 2017, where mentorship, client engagement, and sales growth were key responsibilities. Bross also contributed to athletic programs at Drake University and Coastal Carolina University, advancing to associate and assistant athletic director positions while managing substantial budgets and increasing external support. Early career experience as Head Men's Basketball Coach at Lock Haven University involved program development and student-athlete recruitment. Educational credentials include a Master’s degree in Physical Education/Sport Administration from Kent State University and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Marketing from Ohio Northern University.
