Eric Henderson

Eric Henderson is a seasoned professional in enterprise risk management and actuarial science with extensive experience in the financial services industry. Currently serving as SVP CRO at Athene Bermuda since October 2013, Henderson has held multiple leadership positions including SVP Enterprise Risk Management and VP Annuity Products at Athene. Prior experience includes roles as VP Annuity Products and Vice President of Pricing Strategy at Aviva USA, as well as SVP Chief Pricing Officer at Lennox Re where reinsurance solutions for variable annuity guarantees were developed. Henderson's career began as an Actuarial Analyst at Mercer Human Resource Consulting, and includes significant positions at Allianz Life and AEGON Asset Management. Henderson holds an M.S. in Operations Research from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a BA in Physics and Mathematics from Luther College.
