Mackenzie (Westcott) Galli, FSA MAAA, is an accomplished actuarial professional with a robust background in product development at Athene since October 2014, currently serving as AVP of Product Development. Mackenzie manages a team of actuarial students and has a history of integrating innovative product solutions across various portfolios. Prior roles at Athene include Director of Product Development and Actuary, encompassing responsibilities such as managing full-time and intern actuaries and contributing to market analysis and risk evaluation. Mackenzie has also demonstrated leadership in coaching as Head Basketball Coach for the Dowling Catholic Basketball Club and entrepreneurship as Owner and Operator of Repeat Performance, providing basketball skill development. Academic credentials include a Master’s degree in Finance and Financial Management Services from Loughborough University and a Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science from Bradley University.
