Michael Klemens, CPA, CFE, is a high-performing leader currently serving as Vice President of Internal Audit & SOX at Athene. With a strong background in strategy, process, and controls, they have been recognized for their exceptional communication skills and ability to drive results across departments. Michael has transformed Fraud and Procurement teams while implementing new technology solutions and has significant experience in accounting roles at organizations such as Citi, Equitable, and AXA US. They hold both a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the State University of New York.
