Shaju Varghese

Shaju Varghese is an experienced quality assurance professional with a strong background in leadership roles across multiple financial and insurance companies. Currently serving as Quality Assurance Team Lead at Athene since September 2021, Shaju has previously held QA Lead positions at Sammons Financial Group Companies and GuideOne Insurance, demonstrating a consistent focus on quality assurance processes. Earlier experience includes a Project QA Lead role at Nationwide and various positions at IBM, where Shaju transitioned from Associate Project Manager to Project Test Lead. Shaju began a career in software engineering at Celstream Technologies, following a tenure as a Project Trainee at Wipro Limited. Shaju holds a Master's degree in Computer Applications from Bharathiar University.
