Kirtika Paudel

Kirtika Paudel has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Kirtika joined Atheneum in June 2022 as a Global Market Insights Associate, where they focus on providing faster and better data insights. Prior to that, from October 2021 to February 2022, Kirtika worked as a Manager- Marketing and Business Transformation at Deba Jyoti Group. In this role, they were responsible for building sales and distribution systems and processes and initiating the development of a sales order taking app.

In 2021, Kirtika also interned at VILNIUS TECH - Vilnius Gediminas Technical University as part of the International Relations Office. During this time, they conducted research on European alliances and prepared reports and presentations on student exchange programs.

Before that, Kirtika gained extensive experience at Unilever, starting as a Trainee in Finance in February 2017. Kirtika then held roles as a Customer Marketing Officer, Officer in the Customer Development Center of Excellence, and Trainee in Finance. At Unilever, they were involved in managing sales channels, planning promotional activities, analyzing ROI, and overseeing administrative tasks.

Kirtika has also worked as an Assistant Relationship Officer at Siddhartha Bank Limited and as a Marketing Intern at Sipradi Trading Pvt. Ltd. Additionally, they had a short-term role as a Cloudworker at CloudFactory.

Kirtika Paudel completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing from Kathmandu University School of Management between 2011 and 2015. Kirtika then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration from the Asian Institute of Technology from 2019 to 2021. During 2021, they participated in the Erasmus Exchange Program at VILNIUS TECH - Vilnius Gediminas Technical University, focusing on Business Administration and Management. Kirtika also obtained additional certifications, including "Digital Marketing Analytics in Theory" with honors from Coursera in November 2020 and "Marketing in a Digital World" with honors from Coursera in September 2020. Kirtika also acquired the certification in "Sales Calls: Tone of Voice" from LinkedIn in February 2023.
