Qinglai Dai (Celia)

Qinglai (Celia) Dai has worked as a Research Lead at Atheneum since July 2021. Prior to this role, they served as a Team Lead at the same company from November 2020 to July 2021. Qinglai (Celia) also worked as a Consultant/Moderator for Expert-Backed Research at Atheneum from September 2019 to November 2020.

Before joining Atheneum, Qinglai worked as a Corporate Development Consultant at Voith Group from April 2018 to 2019. Qinglai (Celia) also gained experience as an Intern in Employer Branding at EY from July 2016 to September 2016, and as an HR Business Partner Intern at Shanghai Disney Resort from April 2016 to June 2016.

Qinglai (Celia) Dai's education history begins in 2008 when they attended Nanyang Model High School. From 2011 to 2015, they pursued their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Economics at The University of British Columbia. In 2014, they took part in an exchange program at Renmin University of China, where they studied Economics and Industrial Psychology. In 2015, they enrolled in the European Master in Management program and studied at both Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München and emlyon business school until 2017, specializing in Strategy and Change.
