Margaret Hornock has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Margaret began their career as an ERISA Paralegal at Frank, Bernstein, Conaway and Goldman from 1990 to 1992, and later at Whiteford, Taylor & Preston from 1992 to 1994. Margaret then transitioned to T. Rowe Price, where they held various roles, including Compliance Specialist from 1994 to 1996, and Senior Performance Support Consultant from 1996 to 2006. At T. Rowe Price, they developed and implemented web-based procedures, intranet reference material, and performance support for multiple systems.

Afterward, Margaret joined KeyW Corporation in 2014 as a Senior Instructional System Designer, where they managed the design and development of instructor-led, e-learning, and micro-learning video solutions. Margaret worked collaboratively with customers and subject matter experts to create effective learning solutions and assessments for training pipelines.

Most recently, Margaret worked at Athenix Solutions Group from 2019 as a Project Manager/Team Lead/Senior Training Developer. In this role, they led a team of training developers and managed a large training and development contract, providing instructor-led, e-learning, and microlearning video solutions. Margaret collaborated with customers and subject matter experts to scope projects and create development teams. Margaret utilized agile methodologies and accessibility standards in their work.

Margaret Hornock obtained a Bachelor's degree in Professional Writing with a major in English from the University of Baltimore in 1986. Margaret pursued further education and completed a Bachelor's degree program in Paralegal Studies at Stevenson University from 1988 to 1990. Later, they pursued a Master's degree in Instructional Design from the University of Maryland Baltimore County and successfully graduated in 2001.
