Robert Gasper

Robert Gasper has extensive experience in environmental and public works roles, currently serving as a Stormwater GIS Analyst and previously as a Public Works Inspector for the Athens-Clarke County Unified Government since April 2020. Prior to this, Robert worked as an Environmental Compliance Specialist at the Georgia Environmental Protection Division from April 2016 to April 2020. Robert began the professional journey at Georgia College & State University as a Groundskeeper from May 2014 to April 2016, and earlier worked as a Produce Clerk at Kroger from October 2013 to November 2014. Robert holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Science from Georgia College & State University (August 2009 - June 2013) and pursued additional studies at the University of West Georgia from 2020 to 2021.
