Nick Tepe

Nick Tepe serves as the Director of Athens County Public Libraries since September 2016 and previously held the position of Director at Chillicothe and Ross County Public Library from January 2012 to August 2016, managing an extensive library system catering to a population of 79,000 with a significant budget. Tepe’s earlier experience includes a managerial role in the Circulation Division at Columbus Metropolitan Library, overseeing a large staff and a substantial collection, as well as various positions focused on customer service and youth programs. Tepe’s educational background includes a BA in Philosophy, English, and Drama from Franklin & Marshall College and a Master’s degree in Library and Information Science from Kent State University.
