John Naughton

John Naughton is the Chief Strategy & Commercial Officer at Athens Distributing Company, where they lead initiatives in the national retail channel and P&L performance. With a career in the CPG beverage industry, they previously served as Senior Vice President of National Retail Sales at Athens Distributing, successfully establishing the company as a key supplier to over 550 major retailers. Prior roles include Director of National Accounts at Bacardi USA, where they significantly grew the Walmart and Sam's Club accounts, and various leadership positions at The Coca-Cola Company, recognized for exceptional sales performance. Naughton is pursuing Executive Education at Harvard Business School and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from the State University of New York at Oswego.
