Connie Staudinger

Connie Staudinger has extensive experience in the field of housing and real estate development. Connie currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer at Athens Housing Authority. Prior to this, they worked as the Director of Housing Solutions at United Way, where they played a key role in the implementation of strategies to end and prevent homelessness in Charlotte-Mecklenburg. Before their tenure at United Way, Connie held the position of Executive Vice President of Real Estate Development at Horizon Development Properties, Inc., where they successfully expanded the agency portfolio and led several major projects. Their previous experience also includes serving as the Chief Operating Officer at Virginia Housing Development LLC, where they were responsible for developing numerous real estate projects and securing significant funding. Additionally, Connie served as the Director of Development at both Auburn Development Group and Alexandria Redevelopment and Housing Authority. Overall, Connie Staudinger has a proven track record of success in leadership roles within the housing and real estate industry.

Connie Staudinger holds a Bachelor's degree from Auburn University. Connie also has a Doctorate in International Business from Nova Southeastern University and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus in Business Administration, also from Nova Southeastern University. In addition, they have obtained certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute and Agile Organization Certified Professional from Agile Pro Tips. Connie also holds a Class A General Contractor certification from the FL Department of Business and Professional Regulation and a Housing Development Finance Professional (HDFP) certification from the National Development Council.
