Emily Corzine

Emily Corzine is an accomplished educator and accounting professional with a significant tenure at Athens State University, where Emily serves as an Associate Professor of Accounting since August 2010, following a role as Assistant Professor of Accounting. Prior to academia, Emily gained valuable experience as a CPA and Staff Accountant with Byrd, Smalley & Adams, P.C. from May 2003 to August 2010, and as a Staff Accountant at Intergraph Services Company from May 2000 to May 2003. Emily holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting from the University of North Alabama, earned between 2004 and 2006, and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Accounting from The University of Alabama in Huntsville, obtained from 2000 to 2002. Additionally, Emily attended Mississippi College from 1998 to 2000.
