Tina Camba

Tina Rose Camba, JD, MBA, PHR, SHRM-CP, currently serves as an Assistant Professor at Athens State University since August 2022. Previously, Camba held various roles at The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, including SHRM-CP Prep Course Instructor and Total Compensation Leader from April 2019 to August 2022. Camba's extensive human resources experience includes positions as Executive Vice President of Human Resources and Consultant at Walden Security, Chief Human Resources Officer and HR Director for the City of Chattanooga, and Employee Relations Leader at Aramark. Additional roles include Employee Relations Manager at San Jose State University and Labor Relations Representative for the County of Santa Clara, along with a significant tenure as Staff Attorney at the Tennessee Education Association. Camba's educational background includes advanced degrees in Law, Public Policy, and Business Administration from prestigious institutions such as Vanderbilt University and the University of San Francisco School of Law.
