Sharon Jackson

Sharon Jackson is the Founder and CEO of the European Sustainability Academy (ESA) in Crete, where innovative approaches to sustainable business and connectivity with natural systems are emphasized. As a Senior Leader L7 Apprenticeship Tutor at Cranfield School of Management, Sharon supports Master's Degree Apprenticeship students in their professional development. Additionally, as an Organizer for TEDxDrapanosWomen, Sharon was instrumental in hosting Greece's first TEDxWomen event. Sharon serves as an Associate Scholar at the Institute for Leadership and Sustainability and a Visiting Research Fellow at Athens University of Economics and Business, focusing on CSR and sustainability education. At Cranfield University, Sharon contributes to executive education in sustainability. Further engagement includes being a Board Member at Global Sustain Group and serving as Company Director at Carlton CSR. Previously, Sharon mentored young Greek entrepreneurs through Reload Greece to promote sustainable enterprise development. Sharon holds an MSc in Sustainability and Responsible Business from Cranfield School of Management.
