Ayush Kuwala is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in network development and business strategy. Currently serving as Deputy General Manager at Ather Energy since June 2021, Ayush leads a team of over 12 in expanding the company’s network from 5 to over 150 outlets across India, effectively managing the entire network expansion and business transformation process. Previously, Ayush held the position of Manager in Sales Strategy and Business Planning at Maruti Suzuki, where significant achievements included redesigning operational processes for inventory management and driving digital transformation resulting in a 70% reduction in turnaround time. Earlier experience as Key Account Manager at Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India involved overseeing sales and marketing operations, achieving substantial sales volume.
