Mridula Hari

Mridula Hari serves as the Chief of Staff to the CHRO at Ather Energy since April 2019, actively supporting the development and implementation of strategic talent initiatives, organizational policies, and diversity practices. Prior roles at Ather Energy included Culture Specialist and Talent Partner for the Business vertical, where Mridula focused on culture-building, employee lifecycle management, and leadership development. Mridula's earlier experience includes work at T.A.PAI MANAGEMENT INSTITUTE in leadership assessment, alongside internships in various organizations where competency models and employee engagement strategies were developed. Educational qualifications include a PGDM in Management from T A Pai Management Institute and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Christ University Bangalore.
