Neha Das is an accomplished professional in supply chain strategy and mechanical design, currently serving as Lead-Supply Chain Strategy at Ather Energy since May 2023. Prior experience includes roles as a Mechanical Designer at Tata Consultancy Services, where Neha contributed to projects for General Motors and Stellantis, by collaborating internationally to devise strategies for warranty issues. As a Senior Design Engineer at General Motors, Neha achieved significant improvements in team first-time quality (FTQ) and led technical discussions for user experience enhancements. Neha holds an MBA in Marketing and Strategy from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad and a BTech in Mechanical and Automation from Indira Gandhi Delhi Technical University for Women.
