Susan Pham

Susan Pham is an experienced product director currently leading products at GAIA since April 2023 and at Ather Labs since November 2021, focusing on generative AI and blockchain technology, respectively. As a co-founder and COO of VietScript from June 2021 to June 2023, Pham created a platform connecting writers to the film industry in Vietnam. Previous roles include innovation project manager at FE CREDIT, product manager at PMSM, and head of partnerships at Infinito, where Pham contributed to blockchain initiatives and the development of user-friendly applications. Susan's career began with key account management at Global Vietnam A and includes a background in operations management at Evolable Asia CO., LTD. Susan holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing from Van Lang University.
