Athlete Within was founded by Christine and Dr. Ryan Pendon — a powerhouse duo blending athletic insight with clinical precision.

Christine, a former NCAA Division I athlete, experienced firsthand the high-caliber treatment and performance systems reserved for elite and professional athletes. Dr. Ryan, a chiropractor with nearly two decades of experience specializing in sports injuries, posture correction, and movement optimization, brings an exceptional ability to identify dysfunctional patterns before they become performance-limiting injuries.

Together, they recognized a gap — everyday people rarely have access to the same level of care, technology, and coaching that keeps pros performing at their best. Athlete Within was built to change that.

Our integrated team of doctors, trainers, and therapists work in collaboration — not isolation — combining chiropractic, physiotherapy, corrective training, sports massage, and advanced recovery modalities under one roof. Every session is personalized, data-driven, and built to restore, rebuild, and elevate human performance.

Athlete Within isn’t just a wellness studio — it’s a performance lab. A community where high-achievers, athletes, and everyday professionals train, recover, and evolve with the same systems trusted by the world’s best.

This is where recovery meets performance.
Where precision meets purpose.
Where you discover the Athlete Within.
