Athletes get a personalised AI-powered mental performance coach built on their own club's philosophy and values, available whenever they need it. Coaches get the half of the readiness picture they've never had, alongside the physical data they already trust. Clubs and federations get participation and risk signals they can put in front of a board: duty of care they can evidence, not just describe.

All of it without anyone ever reading what an athlete wrote. Clubs see patterns, never private content. That constraint shaped every decision we made, and it's the reason an organisation can put its name to this.

The direction of travel is clear. Sport England, FIFA, the IOC, the NWSL and Germany's new sport funding law are all pushing the same way. Most organisations have a safeguarding policy and nothing behind it.
