Sean Kiernan

Sean Kiernan is an accomplished sports agent with extensive experience in the NFL. Currently serving as an agent at Athletes First since September 2021, Sean Kiernan has represented more first-round picks and top 100 NFL players than any other agency in the last two NFL Drafts and advocates for a significant number of NFL General Managers and Head Coaches. Previously, as a partner and agent at Select Sports Group, LLC from July 2014 to September 2021, Sean Kiernan represented over 100 high-profile NFL figures, contributing to the firm’s recognition as a top 5 NFL agency by Forbes. Earlier experience at Impact Sports from 2001 to 2014 allowed Sean Kiernan to negotiate player contracts and manage various client-related matters, while earlier internships at Vanderbilt University, the NFL Players Association, and with a leading baseball sports agent laid the groundwork for a successful career. Sean Kiernan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from Vanderbilt University and a legal education from the University of Miami School of Law.
