Matt Biggers

Matt Biggers has a diverse work experience in marketing and communications in the sports industry. Matt is currently working at Athletes Unlimited as the Vice President of Marketing, a role they have held since March 2023. Prior to this, they were the Senior Director of Marketing at the same company from October 2021 to March 2023.

Before joining Athletes Unlimited, Matt worked at the University of Colorado Boulder as the Chief Marketing Officer and Associate Athletic Director for External Affairs from July 2012 to June 2020.

From June 2007 to June 2012, they served as the Senior Vice President of Marketing and Communications at the New Orleans Hornets.

Earlier in their career, Matt worked at the Orlando Magic/RDV Sports, where they held various marketing roles. Matt was the Director of Marketing from February 2005 to May 2007, Assistant Director of Marketing from October 1999 to February 2005, Team Marketing Manager from January 1999 to October 1999, and Promotions/Team Marketing Coordinator from September 1996 to January 1999.

Matt Biggers received their Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a focus on Management from Appalachian State University, completing their studies from 1990 to 1994. Later, in 1994-1995, they pursued a Master's Degree in Sports Management from Georgia Southern University.
