María Azpiazu

Mariana Aguirre is an experienced professional with a diverse background in nutrition, business management, and education. Currently serving as the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos since August 2020, Mariana specializes in organic body care products and environmental sustainability. Mariana has held roles such as Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016 and previously managed Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019. Mariana also practiced as a nutritionist at a private consulting office from February 2016 to 2019 and contributed as a university lecturer teaching applied mathematics in nutrition and the history of food between August 2016 and August 2017. Mariana obtained a Diploma in Business Administration and Management from Universidad Anahuac Online in 2020 and holds a Bachelor's degree in Food, Nutrition, and Wellness from Universidad del Centro de México, completed in 2015.
